This is a remake of a previous site (also done by BVO), which showcases this popular produce markets agressive community outreach. This new SaaS platform incorporates a dedicated blog page, with RSS feed, feedback comments and an ability to have comments moderated (no haters allowed to post without review and approval). We like this site for it's clean use of shopping cart graphics that were integrated into the flash headline banner. This site also includes a I-Frame module which seemlessly links to their previous E-Commerce shopping cart (developed and hosted separately). Click on image for actual site. We use two separate solutions for our E-Commerce, depending on complexity and number of items. (Simple or complex). All BVO shopping carts use PayPal application modules.

This is an example of the technology client that could not weather the market slowdown and closed their doors before the site went live. Rapid Remodel TV
2005-2008

Developed using an open source (Joomla) plaftform, this was the initial site of the business that led to the formation of BVO. We also dumped this web format, after realizing that 'open source' was synonomous with "highly hackable." After restoring the site on three separate occasion, and since shuttered...due to the falling real estate and remodel crash in 2008, we decided to leave this to the hackers and use this as an example to clients...of the pitfalls of a bubble gone bust AND using robust, but free software. Ultimately, you always get what you pay for.
